Hatch Demonstration Space, located at the heart of Northshore Hamilton is a blank canvas offering 13,090m2 of open space—with endless site activation opportunities to test your ideas, research or technologies.

Hatch Demonstration Space which is powered by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) has been created to provide a space that business’s can utilize to test their innovative ideas and technology.

Currently, it is partially leased by Universal Field Robots (UFR) as their testing facility, a hotbed of robotics activity and autonomous movement. Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking activations for Hatch Demonstration Space that are captivating and cutting edge—showcasing new products, innovations, inventions and experiences.

Northshore is well established as an incubator of innovation and experimentation—from the iconic Eat Street Northshore markets, curating amazing culinary experiences and entertainment to supporting the technological inventions created by Hacker Space Brisbane. Clenergy TeamArrow call Northshore home and are Australia’s premier solar car racing team, the highest ranked Australian finisher in the last World Solar Challenge.

Located on the corner of Cullen Avenue West and Theodore Street, Hatch Demonstration Space is in the Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area (PDA), which is in close proximity to BTP Northshore. The site is accessible by car, public transport, foot and has ample un-metered on street parking.
